Soccer Shots - Backyard Camp FAQ's

Can my child participate if they are under the age of 4?
Yes. Soccer Shots would require all camp participants to be close in age and able to engage and follow directions for the duration of the program.

Is there any way to add more children above the maximum?
Yes. Soccer Shots would be happy to accommodate additional children. Please email us at southeastpa@soccershots.com.

Can we add more weeks to the camp season?
Yes. You can add on as many weeks as you would like based on our availability. Please note additional weeks would require an additional charge. Please email us at southeastpa@soccershots.com.

What is the inclement weather protocol?
Soccer Shots will make every attempt to play through light rain, colder temperatures, and wet conditions. If the session is postponed our leadership team, along with our camp coach will be in contact to reschedule the program at a convenient time for all participants.

Are coaches required to wear masks?
Soccer Shots coaches are required to wear a mask at all times. You can also view our rigorous safety protocol, here.

Are children required to wear masks?
Soccer Shots is following state and/or local recommended guidelines for mask-wearing. You can also view our rigorous safety protocol, here.

Is there flexibility with the program start time?
Yes, depending on availability. Please email us at southeastpa@soccershots.com with your desired program times and we will do our best to try and accommodate.

Is there flexibility to alter the program to a different day each week?
Yes, depending on availability. Please email us at southeastpa@soccershots.com with your desired program days and we will do our best to try and accommodate.

Who will be my coach?
Soccer Shots will announce the coach a week prior to the start of camp. If you have a specific coach request please email us at southeastpa@soccershots.com.

Is there anything that the host family or participating families are required to do prior to the start of camp?
Soccer Shots will email the host 7-14 days prior to the scheduled start date with a camp survey to collect additional information and all participant details. These surveys are required to be completed prior to the start of the program.

Can we hold camp at a shared community green-space other than my backyard?
Depending on the location, Soccer Shots may be able to accommodate a camp in an alternative location such as community spaces in your neighborhood (Host parent will need HOA approval).

Can we hold camp at a local park?
Depending on the location, Soccer Shots may be able to accommodate a camp at a local park. (Host parent must obtain any required documentation, which may include written approval from the appropriate location contacts overseeing the facility--township--borough--or building, permits, and/or rental agreements). Soccer Shots can add the location to Insurance Policy. The host parent would be responsible for paying any additional charges associated with the use of the space.

Is a fenced yard a requirement?
No, as long as the space is safe for children and coaches, I.E, not near a busy road or pool. Our coaches are accustomed to working in many different spaces.

Can I enroll in a camp that differs from your camps that are offered online?
