SOCCER SHOTS POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS

These policies supersede all previous versions. Only the most current policies apply.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

• Mini (18m–3yrs): Parent/guardian required on the field.

• Classic (3–5yrs): Parents may assist for the first weeks if their child needs help.

• Premier (5–8yrs): Parents observe only, unless extra help is needed.

• Parents must supervise siblings not enrolled and support all safety needs of their child (hydration, apparel choice, remaining in the designated play area, etc.).

PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOR & REMOVAL

• Children must follow the coach's direction.

• Behaviors that endanger themselves or others (hitting, biting, spitting, throwing equipment, etc.) may result in removal from activities or the program.

• Soccer Shots reserves the right to withdraw a participant without refund, though prorated credit for a future season may be offered.

SAFETY & SECURITY

• Safety is our top priority. Coaches verify pickups, monitor facilities, and follow emergency protocols (evacuation, lockdown, shelter-in-place).

• Parents must keep their contact information current and report any unusual activity.

• Facilities provide secure spaces and share emergency plans.

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL

• Parents must arrive and leave on time. Authorized pickup must be noted on registration.

• Children in aftercare are signed out and taken by staff when sessions end.

SPECTATOR POLICY

• We recommend a two-spectator limit to reduce crowding of the space.

• All spectators must follow site rules. Violations may result in removal.

STAFFING

• All coaches complete training, safety checks, and evaluations.

• Staff assignments may vary during a season.

WEATHER, CANCELLATIONS & MAKE-UPS

• Sessions may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe weather.

• Up to 2 make-up sessions per season will be scheduled when possible.

• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel programs with low enrollment; transfer, credit, or refund options will be provided.

PAYMENT

• Payment is due before the first session.

LOW ENROLLMENT / NATURAL DISASTERS

• If a program is canceled for low enrollment, families may transfer, receive credit, or receive a refund.

• No refunds or credits for closures due to natural disasters, emergencies, or health crises.

REFUNDS

• No refunds for missed sessions.

• The enrollment fee (covering jersey/packaging/shipping) is non-refundable if you cancel, but it may be refunded if Soccer Shots cancels and you return your jersey.

• Refund requests after Week 3 are not considered; before Week 3 may be approved minus a $35 admin fee.

• Township/external registrations follow township policies.
